RETURN POLICY

GENERAL

  • Because our products are made-to-order, this, unfortunately, restricts our refund and exchange capabilities unless the item is defective or damaged. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, and it is not a defective product, please contact us via (hello@living852shop.com). As much as possible we will try to find a solution to your needs.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

  • We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived [damaged/defective]. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. In order to resolve the issue, we will need quality photos and a description of the problem. Please make sure to include both when contacting us (hello@living852shop.com)

 

WRONG SIZE & CHANGE OF HEART

  • We’re sorry to hear you wish to return or exchange your order. Refunds and exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size, buyer’s remorse or anything not related to defects or damaged goods, cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

 

LOST PACKAGES

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
